With HelpostiLasku M- and L-level you are able to send e-invoices with new e-invoice standards.
You can also receive e-invoices (Finvoice) to your account.
Check information first
Before sending your first Finvoice, please check your own information by clicking Menu / Settings / Basic Info. Check that your company has the the following information:
- Correct Business ID
- Correct VAT number
- Correct bank account (for example, IBAN: FI1234567890111213)
- Correct address
- Correct company name
You also need to check your customer's information. Check that your customer has the following information:
- Correct company name
- Correct company address
- Correct Business ID
- Correct Finvoice / E-address details
Correct Finvoice details include:
- Finvoice support - choose YES
- Finvoice intermediator - choose the correct one
- Finvoice ID / E-address
You can use E-invoice address service, https://verkkolaskuosoite.fi/client/index.html, if you don't know your customer's E-address.
Sending an E-invoice
When you want to send a Finvoice, just open the invoice you wish to send, or create a new invoice. Make sure that there are at least 4 bank days before the due date! Then choose Actions / Send / Finvoice.
If you haven't sent Finvoices or Mobile invoices before, you are asked first to accept the terms and order for Laskunlähetyspalvelu-service (Invoice sending -service).
Tracking your invoice
You can track when your customer sends, opens and pays the Finvoice you sent. Open the invoice you sent and then click Actions / Info.
